Subprocessors

AccountKit uses a number of trusted third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) to support the delivery of our Services. These providers may process personal data on our behalf and are subject to contractual obligations regarding data protection and confidentiality.

Core Infrastructure and Hosting

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) – cloud infrastructure and data hosting
• OutSystems – application platform hosting and runtime environment
• Cloudflare – network security, content delivery, performance services and AI development.

Monitoring and Security

• Datadog – system monitoring, logging, and observability

Platform and Application Services

• Google – cloud services, APIs, and communication infrastructure
• Microsoft – email services, integrations, and productivity infrastructure
• Supabase – authentication and identity management services. Postgress business data handling.
• Pusher – real-time messaging and event delivery
• PostHog - Analytics

Communications and Support

• Twilio – SMS delivery and multi-factor authentication
• Zendesk – customer support and helpdesk services
• Resend – email services

Payments

• Stripe – payment processing and billing services
• Airwallex (coming soon) - payment processing and billing services

Product Features and Analytics

• Appcues – in-application user engagement and behaviour tracking
• Anthropic – AI-powered processing for email generation and statistics  (not utilised within the app)

We may update this list from time to time as our services evolve. For material changes, we will provide notice where required under applicable data protection laws.
